Who is Lawrence Pitonza? For over 20 years, Lawrence Pitonza has been a creative media designer and producer for celebrities and corporate executives. He has the unique credential of a BA in Visual Arts from Purchase College, where he also taught. In working with high profile A-listers in the movie business in Hollywood, he has done photo shoots, commercials, special effects and prosthetics, costume and mask design, wig creations, and set and prop fabrications.

In working with corporate personnel, he has created makeovers for upwardly mobile people on the move. He has been interviewed, photographed, and quoted often by the media explaining why certain techniques are used to enhance particular images. Lawrence has been in such great demand for his knowledge and skills that various investigative units in the field of security and surveillance have also sought out his talents to create disguises to alter people's identities.

Lawrence doesn't limit himself to one form of art. He has developed a keen agility with technology, and can easily apply that facility to sculpting, painting, drawing, hair design, children's stories and cartooning, and other artistic ventures. His unparalleled innovative artistry has taken him into the arenas of ballet, opera, movies, commercials, TV shows, fine arts, and business entrepreneurship.

How Did It All Begin? Lawrence was born in upstate New York, and was raised in a New York City suburb. His father was multi-talented. He started as a respiratory therapist, and quickly saw a need for special equipment for premature babies who died from undeveloped lung capacity. So he invented special adaptive parts on respiratory machines to save these babies' lives. He also built computers and created programs for them for medical and communications advancement, and was a professor of respiratory care. His platform was air quality and environmental control, which, before his time, gained him derision. Yet, he proved that building sickness was a real issue, that smoking was indeed injurious, and that chemicals in our environment created havoc in our lungs.

His creative and intelligent colleagues often gathered around the Pitonza family table. A young Lawrence listened as they discussed scientific and engineering endeavors. They not only taught him much, but they also encouraged him to take an accurate IQ test, which didn't exist for artists at that time. The findings of his off-the-charts assessment are on file at Yale University. With his genius, Lawrence can create, invent, and think outside the box unlike any other.

When his father became disabled, Lawrence took control of the family corporation and ran it successfully. Thus, his experience draws from not only his creative art but from his wise business acumen as well. However, his unusual talents didn't just stem from his father.

Lawrence's mother is artistic, too. She draws, does arts and crafts, and has worked with children with special needs. Yet, she was born with a rare condition of color blindness that allows her to see only black and white. (Most color blindness confuses certain colors, but is not total, as is the case with Lawrence's Mom.) As a child growing up with a mother with such limited color awareness, Lawrence became the "color eyes" for his family. He applied his meticulous color sense to clothing, hair, makeup, and art in such a way that again, he was in demand for his variegated entrepreneurial ventures.

Enter a Redhead One of the celebrities Lawrence met along the way was Dr. Gilda Carle, internationally known relationship expert (www.DrGilda.com). From each of their professional and personal experiences, they discussed the problems people face in establishing and sustaining long-term relationships. As their interactions became more focused and substantive, they found themselves collaborating on their mutual objective of enhancing people's lives. This was the beginning of RedHead Media, Inc. Lawrence is now Vice President and Creative Director of the company. The executives are in the midst of designing relationship products, TV shows, videos, audios, seminars, teleseminars, books, games, and e-books where people can quickly and easily grow the relationships of their dreams.
